For years and years I told myself to stop snacking, exercise more and live a healthier lifestyle. As you can imagine, none of that happened. Until last summer, when a girl called Kayla Itsines came by on my Instagram feed. Or actually, her clients through her Instagram page. All examples of girls, just like me, wanting a better and healthier lifestyle. But the difference between them and me was that they actually accomplished that! By working out with the Bikini Body Guide from Kayla Itsines; a 12 week work-out schedule. What a life changer!! If all those girls can do it, why can’t I? So I started my own fit journey with Kayla and later on with weight lifting and a personal schedule by Health Advies Breda. This resulted in a healthier, happier, more energetic lifestyle, feeling stronger and 8 kilograms lighter in weight! The only regret I have is that I didn’t made this change years ago, because I absolutely love being fit and I can’t image a life without it anymore!
